Returns and refunds

This policy explains how to exchange or return products bought in the [Business name] online shop. Fill in the details in brackets and have the text reviewed by a professional before publishing it.
Right of withdrawal
If you bought online, you may withdraw from the purchase within 10 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving reasons and at no cost (article 34 of Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240). You can request it from the cancellation page.
The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, with its packaging and accessories. Return costs are covered by [Business name].
Exchanges
You can exchange a product for another size, color or model within [30] days of receiving it, if it has not been used and keeps its tag. Write to [email] with your order number.
Faulty products
If the product arrived damaged or has a defect, let us know within [48] hours with photos. We will replace it or refund you, as you prefer, under the legal warranty.
Refunds
Refunds are made through the same payment method within [10] business days after we receive the product. If you paid with Mercado Pago, the crediting time depends on the method used.
